We dined there on Wednesday evening, the 16th. We were seated immediately and the service started shortly there after. Water then bread. The waitress took our drink order and explained the menus and the specials in a delightful manner, very friendly and inviting. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer and it was perfectly fried, light and flavorful. Served with a Marinara and a Lemmon garlic sauce for dipping. My wife ordered the Fettuccine Carciofo and I ordered the soft shell crab over crawfish. Both dishes were flavorful and superbly prepared. Honestly one of the best dishes I have had in a very long time! All in all, a spectacular dinning experience!
A delight to share a meal again at Fausto’s. The soft shell crab over crawfish pasta is delightful! The restaurant is buzzing w flocks of New Orleanians anxious for the superb food!
A beautiful experience! Great, cozy and authentic atmosphere...the mozzarella-stuffed eggplant appetizer is AMAZING...the sprinkled breadsticks are so tasty and my favorite Italian dish, lasagna, was FANTASTIC! Can’t wait to go back!
Amanda is the best! Dan was the man! Our busboy Surge was terrific tooooo great experience and food :) what a vibe enjoyed it so much.
1st time, waitress was fabulous. The food was very good. The escargot with mushrooms had a very nice flavor. The salad was separately priced from the meal. The eggplant was very good as well. Would go back again.
The food, service and atmosphere here is top tier. I highly recommend this for both intimate dining experiences or taking out friends and family! I haven’t tried a dish I haven’t liked! My only complaint is the parking but I survive!
Had a very nice evening with some delicious food! The pasta was fantastic and we got to try something new - Arancini. Would definitely recommend it!
This rating is based on my food only as it was take out. Though that staff was friendly while I was there. The food was delicious!!! I spent 65 with tip (im a good tipper) but I got an amazing Caprese Salad, Arancini appetizer and the Veal Medallions ... everything was so delicious! We are going back this time for a dine in experience.
